This has politics written all over it.

I would have never given them the passwords once charges were filed like he did. Once they have taken that step,
I would give them nothing unless they backed off.

While what was posted in MSM, Main Stream Media, sounded like San Francisco really was picking on Terry Childs, as Paul Harvey used to say "this is the rest of the story",Terry Childs juror explains why he voted to convict. Terry doesn't look so honorable here.
