you mean blockade runners. These ships were delivering weapons to Hamas. The Israelis were within their rights to keep such weapons out of Gaza.

I haven't heard of any evidence that Mavi Marmara was smuggling rockets. Some of the video and photos shown out there of their weapons have questionable authecity.
