I know its rubbish! No God would make me miss my next episode of Doctor Who which is after 6:00! That would be evil!

Yeah according to these people, I'm already dead 100 times over

From the CNN Article:

Quote:
... Harold Camping and his devoted followers claim a massive earthquake will mark the second coming of Jesus, or so-called Judgment Day on Saturday, May 21, ushering in a five month period of catastrophes before the world comes to a complete end in October.

At the center of it all, Camping's organization, Family Radio, is perfectly happy to take your money -- and in fact, received $80 million in contributions between 2005 and 2009. Camping founded Family Radio, a nonprofit Christian radio network based in Oakland, Calif. with about 65 stations across the country, in 1958.

But not even all of his own employees are convinced that the world is ending on Saturday.

In fact, many still plan on showing up at work on Monday.

"I don't believe in any of this stuff that's going on, and I plan on being here next week," a receptionist at their Oakland headquarters told CNN...

Q: How can you tell when a Christian religious leader is lying?
A: His lips are moving.

Wow, I've never seen a poll have 100% in the favour of one option with the amount of voters (correct at the time of writing)

Even if the end of the world is coming sometime soon, which I do not for a moment believe, there isn't anything you can do about it, so why moan or live in fear about it?

I don't think it's going to happen today where I'm at. This was left at my front door this morning. Even Jehovah's Witnesses don't think so by scheduling these meetings next month.

But wait, Jehovah's Witnesses are not Christians?

I don't really care. I'm just glad Vigilans will be left behind to keep me company. :)

It's worth mentioning that the poll doesn't have any "yes" answers yet. Why not? I thought we were supposed to be gullible or something.

We still have 20 minutes to go here, and so far, no earthquake, no four horsemen, nothing like that.

It didn't reach us down in Texas.

Although I wonder how many people in a certain state to the north of us starting with the letter O simultaneously crapped their pants at 6:00pm.

This guy spend 140 thousands dollars for billboards. I hope camping is long gone. He doesnt deserve a radio station anymore if he gets people to use all their money in something that will always fail.
