A 3 year old was attacked? where were his mom and dad? I doubt his older brother is old enough to actually keep an eye on him.

I don't think the attack had anything to do with the child's autism.
I think he was in the skater's way, so the skater picked him up and threw him.
Selfishness and disregard for others is encouraged by society.
It's at the very heart of capitalism.

It would have happened if the parents were there. It just takes a second of a destraction for something bad to happen. The little punk saw his chance and took full advantage of it.
