It is a fact there ARE shootings EVERY week in london. It is a fact go Google it or do something else like throw your toys from your pram. Now I am patronizing you for your own future reference as to exactly what patronizing is.

I never once said I at all agreed with their actions. I said they were stupid. All I said was that I could understand the reason for the tensions.

I grew up on a sh** council estate too so don't patronise me.

yes it was patronising, telling me we must remember what 'not nice' places these are when i know full well. it infuriates me people passing off this behaviour with 'oh well, they have a tough life...'.

Like the scumbag CEOs, politicians, etc that lie, and lie, and lie when brought to trial, ... or "lobby" ( ie. pay ) to avoid being taken to trial in the first place, for their many many and various crimes against others livelihoods and property?

Just because the wealthy and powerful, the better educated, can afford to do their scumbagging behind closed doors, with paper and credit card and cronyism/old school networks, doesn't mean that they are any less contemptuous of the "forces of law and order".

NB. People learn from the environments/societies/cultures that they are brought up in. They learn how to behave from the most successful in it.

i get all the arguments about white collar crime but i just don't think it's a key factor here...and how exactly is destroying your own neighbourhoods going to help to do anything apart from further the gap
