Meh, it would be interesting to see the war archives of most countries in a shorter notice than 50 years, so we could apprehend war criminals and stuff.... =.=

Unfortunately the alternative is terrible, America controlling Iran and allowing multinational companies and banks to take everything they have. The Ayatollah and Mr. Ahmedinejad are taking a brave stand, but I do understand the worries of the Iranians.

There will be wars with Syria maybe, Israel may become involved and Iran will eventually be drawn in. Naturally they will be out-gunned by the combined forces of America and its satellites in Europe. Standing up to oil interests and international finance is brave but I am worried that many Iranian people are not ready to make the sacrifice necessary, they shouldn't be forced into oblivion unwillingly.

How is spewing lies and denial of tragedies like the Holocaust and September 11th taking a "brave stand"? Why can't they be honest and say, "Hey, we don't like the idea of loaning and international coporations. We feel it isn't in our people's best interests."

I don't see what Ahmedinejad is trying to accomplish by saying these things and openly denying the Holocaust (something which claimed so many lives). It is one thing to be defiant . It is another thing to be insensitive and disresepctful. Surely they can be defiant in a more respectful way?

If he believes it to be the truth (that the holocaust didnt happen) then you must understand that he feels compelled to expose it as a lie. The holocaust has been used more like a weapon than a tragedy by many nations, Israel being the foremost. Deconstructing the foundation 'myth' if you will, undermines the nation (I believe the Talmud said that the rebirth of Israel would require a sacrifice of 6 million jews)

The problem is, in order to stop him saying these things he would have to be removed. The replacement may not be so defiant or worse, a zionist puppet.

It would have the same effect on his enemies if he toned down his message anyway. He opposes international finance, all Gaddaffi and Saddam did was attempt to trade oil in a currency other than the US dollar, he would still be their biggest enemy.
