My dad gets to take over Mexico and eat burritos until he farts everything out of existance. Again. His next fart will create life and the cycle will begin again.

Yes, it is. But...unlike most of the senators, I actually bothered to read the Patriot Act and was astonished by the blatant lack of coherent thoughts on most of those 200-something e-pages. Read any bill proposed nowadays, and you'll find that the first few pages are understandable, but everything else is so obscure and nonsensical that anyone could make pretty much ANYTHING of any bill these days.
