Eugh, freshwater fish sushi? That's going to suck... all freshwater fish sushi has to be cooked, because they're more likely to carry parasites.

Oh well, time to go and stuff myself on salmon and tuna sashimi!

Yup, it'll all be grown in giant vats or made in Star Trek-style replicators by then, that's assuming whatever's the dominant species on this planet by then still have a requirement for, or interest in, meat - or any food for that matter. IMO, most of the predictions that look at 2050 or beyond can be discarded if they fail to acknowledge the power and critical role of nanotechnology, genetic engineering, nuclear fusion, true AI/superintelligence.
