Ohio rape case/ #OccupySteubenville

Twenty-four hours after 'Cody', an ex-boyfriend of the victim (who may not have been a 'boyfriend' at all, he may have been someone she went out with once or twice and would not go out with again, or someone she refused to date, period; there are multiple versions of everything about this case), was named in at least one detailed blog and a number of posts, he and his parents filed a lawsuit.
The Internet blogger and posters had written that he ranted on the Internet about her refusing to date him, and one of he things he supposedly wrote was that she deserved to be gang-raped.
A post on the Internet from a teenager at the small get-together that she had initially gone to said that her drink was spiked, that Cody either did it or set it up, and that he watched the first assaults. Plural.
And took pictures and posted them, with comments.
He and his parents filed the 'Slander' lawsuit, claiming that none of this was true.
Twenty-four hours after filing the lawsuit, they withdrew it.

I want to know what his parents know, and what they are going to do about him...like maybe find out if he has done this before?
And, was Nodianos, who giggled for 12-minutes about raping a dead girl, and comparing her to various murder victims...Nicole Simpson and Caylee Anthony, among others, asked to leave his college, or was he really threatened and cowardly ran home?

Dear Raptor, thanks for the info, do you know if he ever admitted being in the room, watching and commenting?
I watched the video....he laughed, made comments in the present tense ( " she IS so dead, like...").
He has been lately saying he never saw anything, only heard about it, and commented, but I SAW him constantly look to his right, laugh, and make more comments describing what was done to her.

All the facts of the case are not yet known... but that Michael Nodianos fellow does seem to be... well... a bit "empathy-challenged".

I know of no alcoholic beverage which can bring out such a heartwarming concern for another human being in a ... what did his attourney call him?.. oh, a "good kid".

Does anyone here notice that it is us 'emotionless Aspies' who are disgusted, outraged, and heartbroken for this poor girl (and who knows how many other victims), and the local NTs are busy excusing, denying, and covering up?

a black sheep with clean fingernails. he will amount to no good in this life, all he's up to is victimizing his fellow humans. i see boilerroom operations in his future. hopefully soon he will grow too old and addled to cause much more mischief.

Why should they get away with this?

Why are there no penalties or punishments of any kind for the coach who called his team members and told them to delete all images of that night from their phones?
