If a foreign-born individual wanted England to 'leave us (him) alone', he could have returned to his own country instead of attacking and viciously murdering a young English citizen.

Or is that too simple?

Yes, it seems they leave their extremely oppressive home country for one that is considerably less oppressive then attack that country in the name of the country they fled.
Something like that.....

When the story first broke on CNN earlier today, the guy addressing the camera was identified as a Muslim, and his action considered terror by the British government, but the news caster described him as just a "lunatic."

Please explain the difference again, as these events seem to have blurred the boundary...

Just reporting what CNN said, rather than my own take on the matter.

I wonder if those Imams ever teach the maxim that "Be well-behaved, as you may be the only Muslim someone may ever meet."

Or is it more like, "Strike dramatically, wherever and whenever they least expect it"?

Yeah, I know ... my religious bigotry is showing again ...

I know, right? If I were living as an immigrant in Pakistan or Saudi Arabia, I would be pretty quiet about my views on things. BBC said that one of the killers was Nigerian. The Nigerian Islamist rebel group calls itself "Boko Haram", which translates loosely as "Book Forbidden". They specialize in attacks on schools, universities and other centers of literacy.

I'm surprised these small scale attacks don't happen more often in the UK and US.

That 'anti-Muslim mob' were right about the Muslim paedophile rapists when the police and social were covering it up.

I believe you. I'm not using "anti-muslim mob" as a single word. I'm saying that I predict muslim businesses to be targeted for arson, etc.

The mob are already out in the streets. The EDL mob... I think I just give upon humanity...*sigh*

Apparently the EDL didn't think the police might have better things to do than supervise one of their get-togethers.

There's also reports of two attacks on mosques, more fun for the police I'm sure.

It has been reported that both attackers are British citizens with Nigerian background and are radical converts.

That's stomach churning. They pixellated that out on the news here. It didn't leave a lot to the imagination, but still...

Note the way he calmly gave chapter and verse of Islamic scripture as justification for what he did. He quoted directly from the Quran. How many more times do we have to have British citizens slaughtered like chicken by Islamic fanatics before our craven and collaborationist government starts taking action?

Not all Muslims are the problem (it's tiresome saying this over and over) but Islam is very much the problem.

It is obvious that media involvement was part of their plan.
The "press release" seems a poorly prepared jihadist statement, it has been made perfectly clear that this act was committed in the name of islam.
What do you suggest the action to be?
Seems like any event is good propaganda for the aspiring politician.

It's interesting the response this gets in the UK as opposed to what the reaction would be in America.
