I do have to disagree....this is beyond bad taste.

This is deliberately hurting thousands of people, in numerous countries, who are already carrying pain and loss for the rest of their lives.

Miley Cyrus/Lil Kim performances are 'bad taste'.

This was cruel.

I have to admit, if they didn't have little signs on saying North Tower and South Tower, few people would even know what those costumes were meant to represent.

Very, very tasteless indeed. I wouldn't make it illegal, but still isn't nice.

To be fair on the issue.

If you read into the article, this wasn't any ordinary halloween party. This party was a "bad taste" themed party and i also believe that this kind of party is a tradition of sorts, the costumes were meant to be in bad taste....Which basically means that u could have taken multiple photos that night and been able to offend someone. Which if you think about it, it's the precise reason why they didnt bother showing other outrageous photos, lots and lots of bad taste photos would water down the outrage effect.

The people in question didn't expect to find those photos on the front page of a newspaper that is notorious for riling people up over supposed outrages. I mean, they intended to offend people, but only within the group of people that knew precisely what was going on, and they must have been mortified to find the photos plastered all over the main page of a newsaper the next day.

It wouldnt surprise me that the person taking photographs actually went to the party with the intention of selling the photos and outraging people.

i know its bad but the real villains are the newspaper that offended people that otherwise wouldn't know anything about it, all the while knowing precisely what they were doing.

I actually agree with this. This is probably exploitation of some people who decided to do something stupid. I'm not sure stupid should be equated with immoral. (unless they really are malicious like that). More likely just not thinking.

http://www.cracked.com/quick-fixes/5-aw ... 1-twitter/ - On the note of 9/11, here are a few ways some companies commemorated the attacks a couple months ago. What you will see will dumbfound you.
