Yup,they purchased Raisin Bran,Grape Nuts,and Shredded Wheat,back then the raisins were coated in sugar,REALLY coated.Lots of grits,cream of wheat,and oatmeal.Then sugar,butter and whole milk were added to make edible.Nothing wrong with good old fashioned sugar and butter. No pop tarts either,ok with me,those things are nasty,like a sugar coated roof shingle.

I liked Captain Crunch, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks, and Count Chocula. Nutritionally sh***y as they are, there seemed to have been no discernible ill affects on me.

I'd eat the forbidden foods at friend's houses.Lucky Charms were gross,those marshmallow bits were vile.Fruity Pebbles sure turned the milk an interesting color.There was also a Cookie Crisp cereal,it looked like little cookies.There was probably a whole bag of sugar in it.

Many people won't need embalming fluid because of them.
I just shed a layer,then I look nice and youthful.
