Good on her for taking control of a bad situation. I wish this kind of thing would become the norm, rather than major news. Perhaps one day it will.

I think she made the right choice. I would have done the same.

She made the right choice if you ask me. And those judging her should shut up, the only thing we really own is our own lives and we have the absolute right to do what we want with it, even if that means taking it ourselves, and by deny this right to people because other say it's wrong simply means our lives don't belong to us, and don't pull out the religious BS because there is no such thing has an imaginary friend out there saying what is wrong or right.
