But as a Christian, shouldn't you want to stand with those Palestinian Christians who are your brothers and sisters in Christ? Not every Palestinian is a Muslim by a long shot.

I keep hearing this, but its not true.

Today, Christians comprise less than 4% of the Palestinian population of Israel and the Palestinian territories - approximately 8% of the Arab population of the West Bank, less than 1% in the Gaza Strip.

Jews are also our brothers and sisters in christ, he is their messiah, when Jesus returns to save Israel, then all jews will finally accept Jesus as the savior.

I'm afraid as a mainline Protestant (Lutheran), I'm not a believer in millennialistic theology, so I believe the true "Israel" is a matter of faith, not race, and thus that designation rests with Christianity today. And as for those Palestinian Christians - as few as they may be, they are still your Christian brothers and sisters.

The Jews obviously do not believe this, otherwise they would have become Christians already.

Egypt doesn't want them there. Nobody wants them anywhere.

My solution: create an Israel-shaped articial island in the Mediterranean and offer it to either the Palestinians or Israelis.

Or to Europe or the Americas, even more Christians there 8)
Seriously, I don't feel that Christians should feel obligated to move away from their homeland, and neither should Muslims or Jews or whoever. There are also a whole bunch of Christian churches and shrines in the Holy Land that are of great historical value that will have to be maintained by someone.

Why should Israel be theirs? Because the bible says somewhere it was the original land of the Hebrews or some religious prophecy? Is the Sinai Desert island somewhere with resources and a livable climate? Also would you just want to up-root and move because of political pressure? Why must you support jews as a christian? Curious about these things....Anyways this may sound silly but I figured if the music based counter cultures can grow in this region it would do a lot of good, like imagine Palestinians and Israelis rocking out at a metal show together. More specifically I guess I would hope the younger generations grow sick of this endless and pointless violence(over something that took place ages ago which no one is even clear on what exactly happened) find some common ground. No idea how likely that is...but hey it is a thought I've had.

Also rejecting organized/official religions with tons of rules and sins can do wonders for an individual.

And what of the ones who opt not to convert if he does show up though its been thousands of years...maybe Jesus ain't coming back to this planet after all.

A true christians supports jews becuse they worshipp the same god, the torah was the scripture before the gospel, and we christians belive in torah also.

Jesus is the same messiah that the torah talks about.

Jews are gods chosen people. God send Jerusalem to earth. Jesus was a jew and his followers also. Many jews did convert to christianity, they first jews was christians.

When I think about jews, even if many of them hate us or reject us I still love the jews, there is something in the air that is special with the jews and Israel.

More:

The Bible tells us that in the end times, Israel will finally recognize Jesus as their Messiah (Zechariah 12:10). Jeremiah 33:8, Ezekiel 11:17

Romans 11:26 predict that in the end times Israel will be regenerated, restored, and regathered in their homeland. This regathering took place in 1948 when Israel was recognized as a sovereign country by the United Nations. (Please see our article on Israel’s role in the end times.) Clearly, God is not finished with the Jewish people.

Well, no heaven for them. But doomsday wont be when Jesus comes, he will rule in thousand years on earth with Jerusalem as his city. He will beat satan and his army and every human alive in this thousand years will have the chance to convert. After this thousand years, its doomsday. In many texts "hell" is a place that you are enternal dead. But in some texts it says that the beast (islam, lucifer and his angels started this), the false prophet (muhammad) and his followers (muslims) will be in pain for an enternity.

Jesus will come when Israel gets attacked by the wounded beast (ottoman empire) lead by antichrist (mahdi), gods nations (USA etc) + Jesus will defeat them.

As coming from a different Christian tradition, I respectably disagree. In most mainline Christian theology (which I belong to), the "thousand years" isn't seen as sometime in the future, but the here and now - that is, it's the indeterminate period of time between Christ's ascension following his resurrection, and his eventual return. The chance to convert is in the here and now. And again, being of God's chosen people is a matter of faith, not blood. Just because one is born Jewish doesn't mean he or she is in any favored status in God's eyes. And as far as the first Christians being Jews is concerned - it's obvious that they intermarried with the Gentile Christian community, and that Christians today are their descendants.

Evangelicals send Israel money all the time just for that purpose. My Pastor, who has been to Israel, tells me the Israelis use that money for infrastructure and such for the most part, and only a little for show items to placate their American supporters on the religious right.

From what I understand there probably won't be a rebuilding of the temple anytime soon since there are two mosques built on top of the old one, Al Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock. Any effgort to do so would likely mean more unrest in the Middle-east.
An interesting thing I saw on the Pew website, they measured how much people in the US of different faiths like each other. Evangelicals had a very high opinion of Jews, but Jews had a very low opinion of evangelicals. And of course everyone had a low opinion of atheists and Muslims.

I found the article: http://www.pewforum.org/2014/07/16/how-americans-feel-about-religious-groups/

Yeah, but evangelicals still can dream.
As far as the like/dislike thing Jews have for evangelicals: that's because Jews know evangelicals tend to be Pro-Israel because they believe Christ will establish his thousand year kingdom on earth in Jerusalem, and so figure they should be on God's good side.
