The whole thing was totally planned out. Mom took affluenza boy to Mexico, and stayed with him until Christmas. Then when their vacation together was over, they turned on their cell phones to alert authorities of their location. Of course they were promptly arrested. Mom got deported back to the US, and will bond out of jail soon. Affluenza boy stayed in Mexico and will apply for political asylum. Because he is oh so persecuted in the US.
Nothing serious will happen to either of them, and they will be back in the news in the future, for the same old s**t.
