The issue where I live, for medical marijuana, is you can still be fired from your job if it shows up on a drug screen. Even if it was prescribed. My friend lost her job due to a dirty drug screen, and it is legal. It also caused a s**t storm worth of aggravation during her custody battle with her STB ex husband.
It maybe legal, but there aren't many safe guards in place so you don't get screwed over.
