It is said that he had a drug overdose a few days earlier.

It's a pity the guy had to die so young.

He was a great artist, someone who's popularity crossed so many demographic lines, and something I always respected was the fact he never really left his hometown of Minneapolis despite his superstardom. Most people disappear to LA or NYC forever the second they make it big. Last Superbowl halftime show that I actually enjoyed. It's sad that he died so prematurely, I have a feeling that's we'll be hearing a lot more from Prince in the future.

Coast to Coast just said it's coming out that Prince had Aids.

It was just on the news that Prince had a drug problem with percocet and oxycodone. The day he died he was supposed to meet a doctor at his home that was going to put him on a recovery program. If that is true, for me that is worse than if he had died of aids.

Just like Michael Jackson "accidentally" overdosed on propofol and benzodiazepine.

Was it really an accident? We may never know.

We dispensed Fentanyl pretty freely in the nursing homes via 25mcg, 50mcg and 75mcg patches. Who would've thought they were that potent? I keep imagining this picture of Prince with multiple patches all over his body. Seems unlikely, then I heard it's also dispensed in lollipop form. And just when I thought I'd heard it all...
