Two thugs fought each other, one got killed. The media painted the non white killer as a white man and the black thug victim as a sweet child buying sweets who got shot by the nasty racist white man. Zimmerman is sheer scum, he should have been found guilty as he chose to go after Martin because he is a self important lowlife.

Definitely Zimmerman. He plans to use the money to fund anti-BLM activities.

I hadn't realized Zimmerman was involved in that. Figures, as shooting a black kid is his claim to fame.

I think it has more to do with BLM continuing to demonizing him as a "murderer", despite his legal innocence, than anything else; that kind of thing tends to create grudges.

Maybe so. But they're not the only ones who believe his acquittal was a miscarriage of justice, hinging on the victim's race.

The Trayvon Martin case was fairly simple self-defense case, Zimmerman is an idiot but an idiot is allowed to defend himself when somebody is smashing their skull into the sidewalk. It's not Zimmerman's fault they overcharged him, some lesser charge maybe could of stuck if anybody can be blamed then it is probably the race baiting media, activists, and an opportunistic district attorney.

I kind of feel bad for Zimmerman, he really doesn't have much of a choice in selling the gun as from everything I heard he is completely destitute and can't live any semblance of a normal life so it's not surprising he has to depend on his 'fans' because he has nothing else.

True, many people don't understand self defense law or the burden of proof required to convict someone, my point is simply that he has a legitimate reason to dislike BLM.

That being said, I agree with the other poster that this is most likely just another of his periodic attention grabbing maneuvers, though why he wishes to remain in the public eye is beyond me.

I agree with Dox47 said on burden of proof.

However Zimmerman, put himself in a situation that was unnecessary in the first place, got out of his car when he shouldn't have, and didn't show a great deal of common sense in general. He comes across as a massive douche and walking calamity.

I'm legitimately worried about Police brutality and misuse of power however.

The problem with dissing BLM as whole is, the good examples of inappropriate action get lost, over the foray over case which lack concrete evidence. There are clear open/shut cases of police brutality to go on. Some racially motivated, others not so clear.

I think BLM is far more legitimate that those stupid university protests. BLM is not one entity though, people say dumb things, make stupid gernalisations.

Police training is an issue. Police recruitment is an issue. Lack of a principle to base policing on such as Peelian principle is an issue. Police sometimes believing they are above the law is an issue.
