There is a difference between sissy and transgender. Being a sissy means a man who likes to pretend to be a woman and dress up as one and he feels comfortable with his gender and his gender and sex both match. People who are trans are not pretending to be a woman and they are not roleplaying like sissies are. They gender and sex do not match so they are dressing the gender they are in their brain.
