And I for one would rather have a President that has accidents rather than having one that is so narcissistic that private feuds occupy his time, who is unwilling to admit his lack of knowledge of world and domestic affairs, dismisses the harm the racist elements he courts could cause once he's elected, etc.

Considering this country doesn't know how to govern itself, and is too arrogant to admit it, I'd expect violence no matter the result. I give this country 20 years.

Agreed. They are the sort who have been burning crosses and lynching blacks for a couple centuries now. Not all Trump supporters are deplorable, but seemingly all deplorables are Trump supporters.
