So Trump goes from being like Hitler in charge of the most powerful nation on earth to some stooge running a tiny third world country. I'm still seeing ridiculous extremes.

Yes but unfortunately that just amounts to innuendo and sensationalism and continues to contradict Trump being on par with the likes of a global dominating dictator and Big Brother.

I've never called him Hitler,but when he starts making Muslims register I will see a similarity.
Never said we are a third world country,but that you can be a dictator and a puppet.
I'm more concerned right now that the comments section of the White House web site has been removed.Fixing to see,if true that should be a great concern to all Americans.We certainly have a right to comment on how our government is being run.

Thats exactly the plan. Go to war with China so US companies will have no choice but to reopen factories here in the USA!

I originally meant that as a joke, but seriously thats probably the only way Trump could deliver on his promise to reindustrialize America. Start an actual shooting war with China so American companies would have abandon their assets in China and reinvest here.

Iraq and Afghanistan didn't help America's economy, so I have some doubts that war with China fix the economy. Maybe the manufacturing thing makes all the difference.

I wonder if Trump will arrest or deport the Chinese immigrants in America or something.

Yes...neither Iraq, nor (especially) Afghanistan have much industry. Neither does anything to fill America malls with stuff. And neither STEALS AMERICAN JOBS. So yes- Bush and Obama were beating up on the wrong countries. We need to beat up on a country that is an actual competitor. So we gotta make war on Ch- EYE-nah to bring back the jobs. Makes sense to me. Starting a world war with China. What could possible go wrong with that modest plan?

Though of course we DO hafta go back into Iraq for another reason. To "take their oil" of course! :D

Gosh!

When I said "what could possibly go wrong?" I was being hugely, and gigantically sarcastic. Starting a world war would obviously be the worst disaster imaginable for everyone on the planet.

But yes...Trump IS xenophobic (hates foreigners), and is either racist, or he cynically exploits the racism of some voters. So immigrants should be wary of him. But if you and your family are here legally you wouldnt really have anything to worry about. His public stance is only against illegal immigrants, and there wouldnt be much he could do against legals anyway.
