...KK, ME...Maybe the phrase " jumping the shark " has itself justped the shark! 
We're in our fifties/up 
. Mebbe it's a passe phrase that a kewwell-o born-post-Y2Ker would use about the same time s/he would wear a Nehru jacket and a mood ring

...Well, yeh, but the point is: it was a " cool, now, with-it " phrase relatively recently (for me)! Did it come along in the Nineties? In the " Generation X/ fanzine " era
