The Trump is a Putin puppet idea has been so central to the progressive world view it is going to be hard to disassociate themselves. I am not talking just congressional Democrats but the whole late night TV industry has centered on this the as the unassailable truth.

What the Mueller investigation did find was Trump is really bad at hiring people for the campaign and government positions. There is corroboration that Trump tried to fix the 2016 election but the hush money scandal has been treated by progressives as a sideshow to Russia, Russia, Russia. Of course, the prosecutors from the Southern District of New York and New York State are digging and my guess is they will find Trump committed crimes.

In normal times the above should be serious but it will be viewed as a letdown and desperation by people who just can't let go. After all, old fashion corruption is boring, they all do it, so who gives a s**t?

Funny how I have just been watching CNN have a meltdown and they have been saying these exact sorry words. The hoax is over. CNN has been lying to you for 3 years. You have said endless times that Mueller would get Trump on collusion. Stop backpeddling and admit you were wrong. Learn from this and get away from CNN.

The report in fact stated that Trump was in no way exonerated.
A clear connection to the Russian troll farms was not found, but the Trump Tower meeting with covert Russian agents, as well as the illegal and unofficial encrypted White House/Kremlin line, are undeniable.
If I don't watch CNN, am I supposed to watch Russian TV, which is blatantly not just hostile to my country, but seeks to harm it?

Both of these networks may or may not be on cable. Deutsche Welle is a public German broadcaster, while NHK is the public Japanese network. Back here, NHK is a subchannel on Maryland Public Television. Deutsche Welle, which I haven’t seen on Comcast’s lineup in quite a while, was on one of the two public access channels, usually after midnight. DW is a bit strange, because half is the programming is in German (which I can barely understand), then the same programming repeats a few hours later in English. NHK is an all English broadcast.

Not wanting to be a "wet blanket" on all these celebrations in that the Mueller report does not actually exonerate Trump from interfering with the investigation which is still technically a crime.
