The PTSD story for Palin's oldest son is BS. He went into the army because the judge gave him a choice between that or jail after he got into trouble for assault and domestic violence. When in the army, he had a desk job, never seeing combat.

It would be really entertaining for me to have all of your personal lives followed by media so that I could eat popcorn and judge how messed up all of you and your families are.

I seriously doubt my family is going to act anywhere as badly as the Palins.
As I recall, Palin had courted this attention, first with her entry into national politics with her narrative of fundamentalist theology, and having a daughter pregnant out of wedlock, popping up everywhere afterwards, and having a TV reality show.

Palin chose to thrust her family into the spot light and was fond of attacking other people. In my view she got her comeuppance
