I understand singular "they" has been used as a gender neutral pronoun so it's natural it was adopted by the nonbinary.

Of course...."you" is "second person singular and plural" in modern English. My mistake.

All right.

I'd have to get used to it, though.

There really aren't too many "nonbinary"-looking people who I encounter on a daily basis.

I hope a feminine-looking person who is "nonbinary" doesn't use it against me when I call they "her." I don't feel that would be fair.
