UK attorney general:We will not suspend parliament unlawfully again.

The British goverment will not try to suspend parliament again in a way that contravenes tuesday's ruling of the supreme court AG Geoffrey Cox said.

All I can say (relating to the OP) is... I never saw that one coming.

Would be an interesting move at this time. They will need to be certain of numbers before they do it as calling it and not having the numbers would mean that parliament shuts down so campaigning can take place for a GE which would take us past Oct 31st.

If this did happen (big if imo) then i personally would prefer someone other than Corbyn lead it.

The article said Corbyn would be at least an interim leader,no one knows who would be after a GE.But its looking like Corbyn could be leader by next week

I don't think he is weak, but he is being demoralised by remain members of the supreme court and overriding the initial decision amid false reports of misconduct are yet another cooked up travesty, for reserved media coverage.
I would say its a pre pressure stalling strategy from the government that has put the media and all leavers on the backfoot and remainers, at the forefront of another potential referendum which is going to cost taxpayers more millions and members of the anti-semetic, heads in the sand, propaganda labour club are happy to continue their pre-electoral campaigns with yet more lies and bad santa acts on the public. It's a national disgrace to over ride the royal establishment, almost a dethroning of the empire and original patronage.
