It's just better to get rid of "he" and "she" in English.
Because it's blatant when someone goes around saying "he" this and "she" that and all of a sudden "they."
It's clear that the "they" is not cisgender (or the speaker thinks so)
Yeah, it seems similar to calling someone a "he she".
