Tulsi Gabbard (age 38) is still running, and she's the only presidential candidate who is a military veteran. The rest are all wealthy white men in their seventies who dodged the Viet Nam draft (just like Trump) -- exactly the kind of people whom the Democratic rank-and-file seems committed to keeping out of office, yet there they are: front-runners for the DNC nomination.

Sexism could be a factor,but one must remember how hurt she was by the false American Indian claims,she lost a lot of credibility there.

But politicaly she's half way between Sanders and Biden,so her political views certainly electable,she's right of Sanders but left of Biden,that middle ground could be appealing to voters.

Could a male have survived "Native American gate" scandal,not likely either,so I would think sexism is a huge issue here.

As far as sexism goes, was she really claiming to be "just another female candidate" or was she claiming to be the first hermaphrodite candidate meaning at least part male privilege?

Im guessing your joking,because I've never heard Warren claim to be intersexed.

I made a type o in my previous post, I meant to say I didn't think sexism was an issue in the Warren campaign failure.

Yes, I was joking, she went making some bizzare claims like first or only native American for real, so I joke about other first or only categories like extraterrestrial hermaphrodite.
