It's extremely difficult to socially isolate yourself when you are packed 2 to 4 to a room, along a hallway with a dozen rooms on either side, four hallways per floor, and more than one floor per building.

The workers are often paid poorly and have to often not social distance.

That's the medical profession for 99% of the people who are in it.  For the one-percenters, it's more like, "Page me when it's a real emergency."
