One problem with that idea. You could technically hold her responsible for much more in tuition costs than she has. Case in point, if I bribe my way through medical school to become a surgeon then botch a string of surgeries. Who is the real group of fraud victims? My classmates, my teachers, or my insurance company and much of the general public who considers letting me perform surgeries on them?

I agree. I'm pretty ruthless when it comes to punishment. Let it fit the crime. All the students who were denied acceptance because of her BS deserve compensation. They'll never know what they could have had, even if they attended elsewhere.

Like I suggested to VS, make her teach GED classes to a group of total imbiciles in prison who have at best a 3rd grade level of reading and math skills. That would teach her a new meaning of why training certificates should be earned, not bought.
