My Country is Reopening

Last I checked my state is under a safer at home where its just recommended to limit going out for unnecessary things. And some businesses are reopening with some limitations. But depending on how that goes we may end up in another stay at home order if cases spike. Restaurants can open with distancing policies but a lot are still only offering take out and I certainly would not want to go sit down in a restaurant to eat during a pandemic.
