Evil weed haha. I'm dry now but drugs and booze in my younger years were the only reason I actually had experiences and can now pass as normal, have had relationships and have had an ok life. I hate to think what I'd be like if I missed out.

Bongs are still around, the local gas station sells them.
But due to anti smoking sentiment, chewables and CB oil or whatever has diminished the bongs popularity, they are murder on the lungs.

I could buy a bong now if I wanted it,they have hookah's too.

Haven't heard square in forever - thanks for that. That part of my life only lasted about five years - I'm a square now too! But it let me get past my fears and do things I couldn't before. A bridge to life in the real world.

I haven't used a bong in years. I'm mostly dry vaping, now.

The plants absorbing the fumes their whole life couldn't be healthy for the end user.

I don't think it's interaction between the smoke and exhaust, it's that they're literally absorbing exhaust as they grow that matter gets released (sometimes in a burnt form) as the user, well... uses.

Thirded. I most certainly would not be here otherwise.

From what I've read of zoning boards it's the odors from the plants mixing with car exhaust, but I am sure it can't be good either for plants to absorb car exhaust either. But then again corn field would do that.

Caution. Were drifting into "Adult" country here. Anyway...

You have to smoke it a few times before you feel the effect. I discovered that when I was first introduced to it when I was 18. So it isn't really like catnip for cats exactly.Peers taught me how to inhale, and all of that. But I wouldn't feel any effect. Finally got the experience of actually being high. And then I decided "been there. Done that", and quit for awhile. Have been through long phases of using and non using since. Like drinking white wine I do it if the crowd I hang with is into it. Its not the worst vice in the world. But on the other hand, if you never were into it...you haven't missed out on much either. :) It aint that great a vice either.
