From the necn.com article,there is nothing but accusation at this time and Bieber appears to have exculpatory evidence.That's what we know now,time can change things for sure though.

Guardian are saying he’s posted photos of receipts for an Airbnb (and sundry items) from the date in question.
And the invoice from the hotel in Austin he used from the day after the Airbnb: which isn’t the one he is alleged to have taken his accuser and her friends to.

Sounds convincing, but all that stuff could be fabricated with a bit of research and the right software/printer.

Doubtless more will emerge, assuming his accuser takes this further than a Twitter message.

Your information is right, and I hope Bieber had the sense to run those alibi photo's by his lawyer.Unlike a confession photo's don't lie and can't be taken back.If the exculpatory photo's were doctored then the DA's forensic criminalists will figure that out and the photo's would then be used against Bieber.If you use photo or video as evidence in your favor then you must right about it or else it will blow up in your face.

One of the women apparently consented to going into his bathroom and consented to kissing him but then apparently panicked when he locked the door and then told him she does not believe in sex before marriage :roll:

This sounds like the girl who agreed to go to Mike Tyson's hotel room at 3am in the morning and then was surprised that he wanted to have sex.

What are people thinking is going to happen at a hotel room at 3am, playing Gin rummy.
Not saying making such a mistake doesn't give you the right to say no but if you exercise common sense you can save yourself a big hassle.

celebrities normally have minders who do the finding. The dude who found the girl for Bieber would have been quite clear to the girl that the Biebs was interested in some alone time with her.
