Dunno, what is a Branston pickle?
Sliced hherkin pickles on a Big Mac ??
Sliced basic dill pickles here in Canada/USA.. what a strange concept - slices of tiny little almost sweet tasting gherkin pickles on a Big Mac.. ?? Either the recipe is different where you live or you’re mistaken.. or there’s more than one kind of gherkin pickle??? Regardless, I don’t think any of those types of white vinegar pickles have any probiotics in them afaik.And no, tea leaves are not fermented.. are you thinking of dehydrated?
Fermented tea = kombucha, And it’s the added sugar that’s fermented by a scoby to produce probiotics, not the tea itself.

Aaah. Here, gherkins are One specific type of pickle and thats it - these tiny little around 2” long green pickles a bit thicker than a pencil that are quite sweet vs sour/tart. Usually found on a plate of pickles/olives/pickled onions etc accompanying Easter/thanksgiving/Christmas dinner. Didn’t realize there were any other types of gherkin pickles.

I love it but can't find it where I am situated in the world.
