Not seeing any contradiction...She said he was there, but was never asked about what he did while there (earlier she had said she wasn't going to specifically name people and the actions she took with them (top of page 12, which is page 13 in pdf linked in original post)).
I think she heard something secondhand which is admissable as evidence.
