The start date seems to be disputable, but since Trump DIDN'T GET REELECTED I'll take this as the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius. I'll work a new refrain to replace "Peace, Love, Woodstock" for this new social awakening. How about "Peace, Sustainability, Diversity" 8).

I am thinking it would be hilarious if this played on inauguration day to celebrate the "end of darkness"

Not for another 750 years!

This guy is explaining the whole "Age" thing. And being unusually scientific in his approach to...the psuedoscience of astrology. Interesting though.

He apparently goes by the actual sizes of the constellations in the sky to calculate. Some astrologers just split the sky up into 12 equal parts to calculate it. So thats another controversy.

The old astrological signs are now supposed to be out by one month due to constellation drift

Astrologers do not agree on when the Aquarian age will start or even if it has already started.  Astronomers -- real scientists -- do not even care.

Most descriptions of this "Age of Aquarius" begin with the words "Astrologers believe...", as if their belief alone somehow proves the assertions that follow.

Mere belief proves nothing.

There is more of a gravitational effect on you from the monitor you are staring at right now than from the Moon.

"Study Suggests" is not the same as "Research Proves".

17 people is something like 0.0000000022 percent of the global population.

Test subjects reporting their subjective "feelings" is not the same as is not the same as measurements with valid, calibrated scientific instruments,

Finally, another BBC article that is "all over the map" as far as its information is concerned is not the same as a research paper published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

But if it makes you feel happy to believe is mythology, then knock your socks off!

I'm not saying its proof, I'm saying you can't ignore/ridicule a theory when research suggests more work needs to be done.

You may be correct; things are likely to get worse before they get better.

Says who?  Just because "more work needs to be done" (as if 5000 years is not long enough) to prove the existence of some mythological force does not mean that no one is allowed to cast scorn and ridicule upon it.

But, like I said, if it makes you happy to believe in mythology, knock your socks off!  For that matter, why do YOU not engage in the aforementioned research?  Just do not take too long, please; I will not live forever.  If astrology is proven to be valid, I would like to see it in my own lifetime.
