The tightness around my chest that I have felt for the last four years has gone away -- I can breathe comfortably again. The day Mr. Biden was successfully sworn in without any more coup attempts felt like the day I was finally released from the hospital after a heart-attack -- no more pain, no more shouting, no more fear. Just peace and quiet.
