Also, consider:
If it was deliberately let loose, it would have been better to send it overseas to do so.
In that way, the origin of the virus could have been blamed on someone else, as they are doing now.
It makes no sense, what-so-ever, to suggest it was deliberately released at the original origin. [yes, the hard assumption made]
If it was created in a lab, it *had* to be an accidental, err, accident.
