immediately just knew they were secret service and the president had been shot.

And I was watching TV when the RFK assassination happened. I remember him giving the peace sign, leaving and then shortly thereafter chaos breaking out. I got upset and called for my mom who was in the kitchen telling her something bad just happened.

Sirhan Sirhan definitely looked like he was under the influence of MK Ultra.

A curious fact about the CIA mind control program giving rise to MK Ultra and mind control experiments on US soldiers (and probably Manchurian candidates) is that the founders of the program were part of the group of Nazis airlifted from Germany during operation Paperclip that included Von Braun who developed the V2 rockets and eventually the NASA space program.

So...I assumed that you were joking above when you said Hinkley was a "failed Manchurian candidate". So I take it that you were actually seriously suggesting that he was that?

Let's hope Family Guy doesn't predict the future the way The Simpsons does.

Reagan was getting dementia so maybe the powers behind the throne thought he would be dangerous to run the country. I dunno I wasn't being serious. Hinkley's reasoning linking the assassination with Jodie Foster kind of makes me think whether he had a history of schizophrenia?
