I was watching an American news item on TV how in Florida nazis are going door to door passing leaflets trying to recruit members.

The Trump years enabled and emboldened many of these groups who now merge into the MAGA mob at republican rallies, It's relevant that people with confederate flags and Nazi paraphernalia are welcome at MAGA/QAnon rallies.


Yet when confronted with that fact, Trump voters readily deny those people are part of their crowd.


Never seen one image of confederate flag or neo-Nazi or openly racist placard being removed from a Trump rally


That's funny... neither can I!

Seems like these roving nazis came from somewhere. They didn't appear like magic leprechauns from nowhere

Anyone know the story of returned US serviceman Isaac Woodard.

Woodard, a decorated African American war veteran got down from a bus while dressed in his military uniform in 1946 in Bateysburg South Carolina and was dragged by the local sheriff and townsfolk and beaten up and had his eyes gouged out after a night of torture.

The president of the US Harry Truman had to intervene on the now blinded Woodard's behalf as the state police did nothing to bring in the local townsfolk. Despite that the all white jury found the sheriff not guilty.

Where are all these townsfolk who were involved in lynchings? what happened to the thousands who went to public lynchings for a "day out" with their family and children? 1946 isn't that long ago. The grandchildren of the perpatrators live among us.

Why is it that so many on the far-right seem to believe everyone who opposes them must being catching checks from the boogieman and that it couldn't possibly just be that their ideology is disagreeable and many of their big, public facing personalities are deplorable people who inspire a visceral cringe.

It’s the same ones that claim folks on public assistance ride around in new SUVs .
