Let me put it this way, if the coalition listens to you and be like « Yes, Mr. Canadian, we will listen to you and pull all our forces and military aid suddenly », then the Houthis(Iran’s puppets) will slaughter the civilians of their foes. Remember, these are people who have the word death printed on their slogan.
The violence will not stop because they are at each other’s throats.

You should think of the Arab League as a similar coalition to NATO - if let’s say for example if armed rebels supported by a hostile country took control of Madrid… then I don’t think the NATO is just gonna watch.

Cyberdad, I am frustrated that you can read a whole post, pull one sentence out of context, and miss my point. Am I that poor a writer?

No one is less caring towards the innocents in Yemen. Our hearts do not break less. What we don't have is an obvious, separate, aggressor nation we can hold to account. The start of the war preceded any outside involvement.

Plus, in case you haven't noticed, anytime the west gets involved in internal middle eastern affairs with anything beyond humanitarian aid, we tend to blow things up in spectacularly bad fashion. We. Do. Not. Understand. The. Dynamics.

A radical movement of them would still force you to live under a Sharia law, isn't the social transformations that happened in Iran from 70s upward a form of proselytization?

It’s not so much that we love the Ukrainians……it’s that we don’t want Russia to do another Nazi Germany.

But we do love the Ukrainians…..because they are a resilient bunch.

Those people in Mariupol, etc., unfortunately, don’t know how hip they are…..
