So far, when the right takes exception with a trans person's politics, the fact that that person is trans invariably is used as ammunition. I'm not seeing any transphobia in any attacks on Jenner by the left - - just that she's a heartless crypto-fascist.

Nothing I said is transphobic in the least bit. And I am not transphobic. I have several trans friends and acquaintances as well as trans friends with benefits. Def not transphobic here in the least bit.

Occam's Razor applies here.  Neither Jenner nor Biden can be taken seriously, yet Biden has a better chance of being re-elected than Jenner has of being elected for a first term.  This is not "transphobia", this is simple common sense.  Biden has more experience than Jenner.  He also measures his words more carefully than Jenner.

If it comes down to Biden v Trump or Biden v DeSantis, then all I am going to do is kick back on my veranda, pina colada in hand, and maybe put some burgers on the 'barbie' on Election Day.  That is all.

One of the reasons we moved to the Philippines was to get away from all the political bullsnot (or is that bushlit?) in America.  As corrupt as the PR government may be, it still has a better political climate than Democracy's Grand Experiment -- the U.S. of A.
