If confirmed then to my knowledge it's the first female mass shooter in history?
5 seconds of googling indicates that although rare, mass shootings have indeed been perpetrated by women before.
Nothing comes screaming out except Brenda Spencer which has already been discussed
Another 5 seconds on Google revealed the following:
"...former postal worker Jennifer San Marco, 44, shot and killed a former neighbor before going on a suicidal rampage at a mail processing plant..."
"Snochia Moseley, 26, killed three people in September 2018 after opening fire at a Rite Aid distribution center in Aberdeen, Md."
"Tashfeen Malik and Francine Graham also carried out mass shootings with male partners. Malik, 27, and Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, killed 14 and injured more at a holiday party in San Bernardino, Calif., on Dec. 2, 2015."
"Cherie Lash Rhoades (2014): Killed four people and wounded two at a California community center."
"Nasim Najafi Aghdam (2018): Shot three people at YouTube headquarters in California before killing herself."
"Amy Bishop (2010): Killed three colleagues and wounded three others at a biology department meeting."
"Sylvia Seegrist (1985): Opened fire in a Pennsylvania shopping mall, killing three."
Audrey Hale (2023): Shot and killed three children and three adults at a school in Nashville, Tenn
All of whom committed their actions after:
"Brenda Ann Spencer (1979): Killed two adults and wounded others at a school in California (often cited as an early school shooter)."
I literally typed "list of female mass shooters" into google, and it "screamed" (gave) me one. Didn't even have to dig.
Just for giggles, I also searched on google.com.au, and the same results came up. Wild.
