When I was younger depressing talk about the job( by co workers) led me to quit.

I found out later that they were/are still there

Complaining doesn't have to lead to or mean quitting or depression.

As my counselor says relaxation starts with the
Breath.
Please pass the ukulele.

While I was working at a telephone technical help/service job (22+ years) the left top drawer of my desk was full of headache remedies..Excedrin..Bufferin..Anacin..Aspirin.. Tylenol..Tylenol + codeine...etc. My headache lasted for years.

Since I retired...I have not had a single headache...not one. Don't know why. :D :D :D :D

Maybe there was some type of stress there different from stress at home??? So...still stress and occasional mild depression at home, but no matching headaches. :D
