Look, would YOU put your arm into a tiger cage? Niet, you wouldn't. Therefore, it was stupid of him to do so. Therefore, resulting mauling and death by exsanguination is his problem. The Darwin Awards are not only humourous, but instructive. Take it instructively if you can't do so humourously.

Momentary stupidity. Only the guy involved was hurt. And his family. Until I know that this guy was an ill-educated douchebag, I'm not laughing or supporting the tiger's actions.

He doesn't need to be ill-educated, but suffer a big lapse of judgement.

I remember an incident I read about in Hong Kong where they thought someone got their head blown off by a shotgun while riding an above-ground train. Then, they found the concrete pylon. You fill in the gaps. Particularly in the warning signs saying 'do not stick your head outside the window'.
