Not really and more likely those judges have trained in Tae Kwon Do knowing how to score a point and everything. The same is with Kendo and Kumdo because they are judged the same way.
How on earth could they have missed this then? (from another GB - China match, today). This descision was overuled by officials after they were shown pictures. But even to most laypeople - it looks obvious, no need for pictures.

IIRC the middleweight boxing coach was also complaining about the judging - an that was an event he just won.
