There have always been bullies. This is not a new thing. The world is coming to exactly what it has always been: a race for social success. Putting him in jail (or indeed attempting to punish him at all) accomplishes nothing. Only his parents will be punished by that. What it actually does is give him exactly what he wants, namely notoriety.

We shouldn't be focusing on punishment because it simply doesn't work. It only puts a temporary stop to a problem. When it's all done, he'll just do it again. Except he'll be more careful not to get caught.

Then they should be locked up forever.

Maybe this has always happened but it didn't get noticed till the 2000's because it started to get reported on the news and now teens are posting them on the internet. Luckily I was never beaten up in school or even touched often. Instead I got emotional abuse. My school had a keep your hands to yourself policy but they didn't have a policy about teasing but they did have the 'respect rule' but yet they allowed students to bully kids. 8O Hypocrites.

Hey Oscuria, why oh why are you turning the Hulk into a freaking Republican? You'd think anybody on this site would be a democrat, considering the popularity of violence on You Tube only really got going during a Republican administration, and in fact, since Republicans have been the dominant political force in the US for the past few decades, violence and degradation of morals and ethics in America have completely sunk off the radar. NOw people confuse morals with following some weird evangelical worship, when in fact, no church can clean up this Republican - produced agony, with a country in economic and social downward spiral. So thanks for contributing to the paranoia. You'd think you would get the fact that autistic kids and any kids who are different will have a better shot WITHOUT the republican mind-set such as you have.

I propose we get the attacker and attack him.

If I find the bastard who punched that poor kid in the face I will torture him so bad that he'll wish he is dead. But instead he'll live the rest of his life in excruciating pain.

That was just a vent I guess. But really, it's the parents' fault. If you raise your kid to be a bully you deserve whatever consequence he brings upon you.
