Businesses can "...exercise the right to refuse service to anyone". I see that (or similar) verbage in lots of places. The store doesn't even need to give a reason.
Beyond that- the whole family is f cked. This is merely the beginning of what we will probably see from these pillars of their community.

after reading this i'm starting to think calling a kid 'kablamo boom balboa' is normal... what i want to know is who in their right mind would call their child 'yeah detroit'?

That's the story I was referring to earlier but forgot the details of.

They could have just called her Talula.

What's up with all the names celebs give their kids, anyway? Princess Tiaamii?! Apple?! What the hell?!

all they're interested in is themselves, it's either for publicity, or a cheap laugh.

Yeah, but don't forget to look at some of the comments in the link; some of them mention even -more- stupid names.

I don't think Apple is a stupid name, though.
But some names are just.... really out there. :?

I agree. I think the only way to be fair is to allow people to name their children whatever they choose. It's freedom of expression.

Anyone who does not like the name their parents gave them can legally change it once they reach a certain age, or they can go by a nickname that is either related or unrelated to the one on their birth certificate. People do all of the above all the time.

Does the store have the right to refuse service based on a name? That is a legally complex question that would be determined by a series of lengthy court cases if enough money and lawyers were available.

Hahahaha! True. I think it's safe to say that these people aren't exactly a Nobel prize winning astrophysicist and his wife, the world renowned neurosurgeon who has been lauded for her work with Medicins Sans Frontiers (which would require going to Africa and working with "them [n-word]s").

you'll notice the 'bully' types in schools are more times than not either from similar backgrounds or bad parenting or lack any true education regardless of how much of our taxes go on teaching them. these hicks are the same sort of class, just more obviously failures in life.
