I will point out that messygeeks article is based off of a CNN article. The content is not his it is only his own rewording of an article. As for kalimas actions the user specifies that it was a quote if you had lookd at the begining of the paragraph.

I don't get it.....Why would someone just a leave an innocent disabled person alone on a bus in the extreme cold all night long? This is torment.

The article said the lady, I think it said she was a bus monitor, saw him there but didn't let the driver know cuz she didn't want the driver to turn around and bring the guy back where he belonged - she had an appointment after work and didn't want to run late because of taking him home. Pure selfishness.

Oh, BTW, DON'T ANYBODY QUOTE THE ARTICLE LINKED AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS THREAD!! !

The guy who runs aspieweb is making trouble for WP because I quoted the article.

The easiest way to avoid that is to quote directly from the CNN article (link) that his article was summarizing.

Since the owner of that site is so anal about being quoted, it might be best to just stay out of there.

I didn't even know that site existed, I just clicked on the link he provided in his original post and quoted a paragraph I wanted to comment on. I normally copy anything I'm commenting on so that everyone else won't have to flip betweed 2 sites to see what I'm talking about. I didn't even pay any attention to the link to the CNN article in the text of his article.

But you're right - and I'll never forget to avoid that site now, after all this foolishness!

maybe, Kalima, you could still edit-away the offending first Quote:
because that' s the entire point: the rest is on WP only by means of a LINK,
your's the only place where the text is present non-linked

however, i would say:
(to all: the matter under Alex's attention (DMCA-thread in WP.net-forum),
do not do anything until you checked this somehow with Alex

one of his stated principles might actually involve precisely such a point,
and the matter does present a number of interesting issues -
so, he might still develop an interest in letting Zachary follow up on this...

It sounds despicable but this is the reality --- the bus drivers are heartless, they just want to go home early...

Poor guy!
