Like? Just curious. I haven't really paid that much attention to what the right has to say about Obama lately. To tell you the truth I already feel he is ineffective and possibly dishonest so I don't care too much what the right wing media smears him with, I have my own reasons to mistrust him and it has nothing to do with that crazy birth certificate fiasco or him potentially being a Muslim or that he is actually a robot from an ultra-liberal timeline in the future out to get Glenn Beck (which is possibly what Mr Beck thinks)

The veracity of Obama starting his senate campaign in Ayers home is questionable at best. More likely than not, it's just another rightwing smear.
And who the hell cares who introduced Obama to his wife? What's he supposed to do, divorce her (like a Republican politician) because this may lead to him getting terrorist cooties? Beside, I thought you had agreed that family members were off limits.

And what if he was friends with Ayers? I can't blame him for shying away from a possible relationship, if it proves to be a political liability. As I recall, Haley Barbour in Mississippi has had long standing ties with members of the racist Conservative Citizens Council. A group which in the past, as the White Citizens Council, had used economic thuggery to get people fired, and drive others out of business, or even driven out of town.
Obama was hardly influenced by the ideology of Ayers, a former domestic terrorist. To say he was is based wholly on guilt by association. Barbour, on the other hand, defended the citizens Council as a deterrent to racism (which was absolutely untrue), and even had to be persuaded not to issue a license plate honoring the original American terrorist, Klan founder Nathan Bedford Forest.

As far as I'm concerned, the association with Farahahn is non-existent. With Wright, it should be remembered the old gentleman had brought Obama into a particular Christian faith, had married him and Michelle, and had baptized his children. That's not so different from the reason why Glenn Beck is a Mormon - a faith that even other conservative Christians find questionable.

He only ended his association because it was becoming too much of a liability during the 2008 election.

Oprah Winfry once went to the same church Obama did, however she stopped going to that church decades ago. So if it had been Oprah running, this would have been a nonissue.
